This painting was created using gold leaf and acrylic paint, inspired by the Premodern era. My goal for this piece is to create something that looks illuminated and eye catching that highlights something important with a modern twist. I wanted to capture the journey of the younger generation, the hope or heartbreak a moment in time that is frozen.
